We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amended Terms and Conditions will govern new user registrations from the date that it is posted on the Site. Existing users will be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.

Termination
We may terminate your membership/subscription if you breach any of these terms and conditions or deliberately seek to circumvent any payment or security measures deployed on the site, or we deem it appropriate. In the event that your membership is terminated by us based on your conduct, then any subscription or membership fees may be forfeit. Termination based on misuse of the site or breach of these Terms and Conditions will be at the sole discretion of I’m In

If you wish to terminate your membership with I’m In at any time you are free to do so. Please contact admin@imin-tv.com and we will delete your profile.

The term “I’m In” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website Insight Productions Limited, whose registered office is  21 Bernard Avenue, London W13 9TG Our company registration number is 01684897. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

REGISTRATION ELIGIBILITY
Any individual over the age of 16 is eligible to join our site. If you register as a business entity, you represent you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions and pay the fees as required by our ratecard if appropriate.

Registration ID Security
I’m In takes your security seriously, and has implemented a password scheme to protect your profile content. It is your responsibility to protect your password, and in the event that you are concerned about the security of your password, you should change it. You agree to indemnify I’m In against any claims or liability relating to a security breach of I’m In

Identity Verification
We do not take any responsibility for any member’s mis-representing themselves or others. If we are informed of any fraudulent behaviour which might be detrimental to other members, we will remove that member, and their profile.

Restricted content
You agree that I’m In is a site aimed at users over the age of 16 years of age. You agree that I’m In has no control of the content linked to from within user profiles and therefore is not liable for the content of profile pages. Use the site at your own risk, and ensure that minors are accompanied by an adult when using I’m In.

Your profile
By uploading your profile, name, images, and/or contact details, you agree that you are deciding at your own risk to make this information available on the internet. I’m In accepts no responsibility or liability arising from use or misuse of your personal information that can be freely viewed by Internet users.
I’m In does not control the information supplied by users made available through the Site. Users information may be offensive, harmful, and inaccurate. By using this Site, you agree to accept such risks and agree that I’m In is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Site users.

We reserve the right to use your image on our home page as part of a random selection of member’s profiles. We will not use your photos, or any other part of your profile for publicity or promotional work. If however whilst the site is demonstrated, to any individual or company, we reserve the right to show any member or company profile.

Personal messaging
By using the personal messaging systems either via email or text on I’m In you agree to refrain from posting messages with content that could be considered to be harmful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, inflammatory, obscene, fraudulent, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

Use of I’m In to spam members or recruit members for external websites is not permitted.
Members who violate these terms are subject to have their membership terminated without notice.

Member email address and mobile phone number
I’m In will use your email address as a form of confirmation during the registration process. We will also periodically send you informative e-mails on new features, jobs or work advertisements. If you wish to unsubscribe you may terminate your membership as detailed above.
Under no circumstances will we share your email address or mobile phone number with any third parties.

Text Alerts
We adhere to the rules of PhonePayPlus the organisation that regulates products or services - such as competitions, TV voting, helplines, adult entertainment, downloads, new alerts or interactive games - that are charged to users' phone bills or pre-pay accounts. By subscribing to this service you are requesting other members either individual or company can contact you via sms these will be charged at £1.50 for each message. To unsubscribe text STOP to 84142 at any time.

Liability
In the event that you have any right, claim or action against any other user arising from that user's use of the Site, you agree to pursue such right, claim or action independently of and without recourse to us, and you release I’m In (and our directors, agents and employees) from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, known and unknown, arising from or in any way connected with such right, claim or action.

Company Directory Listings
We reserve the right to charge companies who are selling or promoting goods and services via the site. Our ratecard is available by contacting advertise@imin-tv.com Any company found to be using the site without pre agreeing a rate with us will be asked to subscribe and pay the relevant fees (including back payments) or face removal from the site and possible legal action.

YOUR INFORMATION
"Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us or other users in relation to the I’m In service including the registration process (including, without limitation, any description of services provided), and any other content that you post within the site. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and I’m In is a platform for the online distribution and publication of Your Information.

Restrictions
Your Information and your activities on our Site must not be:

• false, inaccurate or misleading;
• offensive or menacing, abusive, defamatory, or in breach of copyright, confidence, privacy or any other rights;
• infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
• fraudulent or involve the hire or sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
• in breach of any applicable laws or regulations (including, but not limited to, laws governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising);

• create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers;

Showreels
I’m In is not responsible for verifying that showreels are not infringing the copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Third parties can notify us in the event that they believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed, and we may remove such infringing items and/or suspend infringing suppliers.

Access and Interference
The majority of the information on the Site is updated on a real time basis and is proprietary or is licensed to I’m In by our users or third parties. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. In addition, you agree that you will not: (1) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (2) copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content (except for Your Information) from the Site without the prior expressed written permission of I’m In and the appropriate third party, as applicable; (3) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or (4) bypass measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site. We do not authorise you to extract or re-utilise substantial parts of our Site, or to make systematic and repeated extractions or re-utilisations of insubstantial parts of our Site.

Your Information
You must not supply any item through the Site (or complete any transaction initiated using the Site) that could cause us to violate any applicable law.

Fraud
Without limiting any other remedies, I’m In. may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in, are about to engage in, or have been in any way involved in or linked to, fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.

BREACH
Without limiting our other solutions, we may limit your activity on the Site, immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your user registration or any of your pencil requests and refuse to provide our services without notice to you if: (a) you breach these Terms and Conditions or the documents incorporated by reference; (b) despite our reasonable endeavours, we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or (c) we believe that your actions may cause us financial loss or legal liability.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions (including the documents incorporated by reference), or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

NO WARRANTY
Although we make every effort, we (and officers, directors, agents and employees) do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services. Operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Our website and our services are provided "as is" and as and when available, and to the extent permissible by law we exclude all implied warranties, conditions or other terms, whether implied by statute or otherwise, including without limitation any terms as to skill and care or timeliness of performance. TRANSFER OF DATA
The protection of users privacy is a very important issue to us. Please note that Your Information will be stored and processed on our computers in the United Kingdom, the USA and India.

I’m In will adhere to the laws on holding personal data in the United Kingdom which may be more stringent than the laws applicable outside of the UK and I’m In will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment.
If you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not register.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees. Subject to the foregoing, we (including officers, directors, agents and employees) will not be liable for any economic losses (including, without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

We (including our officers, directors, agents and employees) also have no liability of any sort (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of other providers of telecommunications services or for faults in or failures of their networks and equipment.
FEES Registration on I’m In and receiving pencil requests by e-mail is free, If you choose to request text alerts you will be charged via our premium rate service.. It is the member’s responsibility to monitor their use of the system, and add limits in the settings menu. I’m In will not refund the cost of any text alerts.

We may choose to temporarily change our fees. We may in our sole discretion amend some or all of our services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service.

Unless otherwise indicated, all fees are payable in GB Pounds sterling. Whether you are a business or not, value added tax and other taxes may apply to your transaction.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party specified in these Terms and Conditions or which exists or is available apart from that Act.

GOVERNING LAW AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Please note, that your country (and/or that of any user you deal with) may have laws which apply to your transactions with other users regardless of what you agree with us (now) or with that user (later).

The laws of your country may differ from English law, including laws governing what can be legally offered, sold, exported, bought or imported. There may be additional legal requirements, relating to (for example) the requirement to hold a licence to buy or sell certain items, or to register a transfer in a central registry. Please do not assume that you are allowed to do what other users do, or that we approve or validate any transaction, even if you have successfully made similar project requests or quotations in the past.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall be enforceable. You agree that these Terms and Conditions and all incorporated agreements may be automatically assigned by I’m In, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition or any other event. You and I’m In are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms and Conditions. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. These Terms and Conditions sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to its subject matter. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

All content and materials contained on the I’m In site (also herein referred to as "I’m In", "we", "our", "the site") are protected under copyright and intellectual property rights laws of English courts and under similar international legislation.
